First things first: JobStocks is not an online shop. An online shop (Shopify, Prestashop, WooCommerce) is designed to sell to the end consumer, with fixed prices, a single price list, a payment gateway, VAT included. That’s no use to you.
Your customers are trade professionals — installers, renovation contractors, other distributors, DIY chains. What they need:
- To see their price list (not the retail price).
- To check stock in real time, not a “check availability” button that you then have to answer by phone.
- Access to technical data sheets for items in a professional format (not marketing).
- To put together order proposals on the go — the customer gets it ready, your admin staff review it, confirm it and it goes to the ERP.

Ranges, sub-ranges, brands, size. Filters designed for trade distribution: by calibre and shade in ceramics, by diameter and thread in hardware, by load type and pallet format in heavy materials.
Technical data sheets in PDF
Every item has its technical data sheet generated automatically from the ERP, with image, specifications, weight, dimensions, EAN code and logistics data. Ready to download and print.
Real-time stock
This is where it differs from most portals on the market: the stock is not an overnight snapshot. JobStocks queries your ERP at that moment and shows real availability per warehouse. If there are 200 units in Valencia and 50 in Castellón, it says so. If it is out of stock but there is an order placed with the supplier, it shows that with the estimated date.
Basket with their price list
The customer adds items, sees their personal price (volume discounts, special terms, accumulated rebates) and sends the order proposal. It reaches your team, is confirmed with one click and enters the ERP as a firm order.
Multi-language
Spanish, English and French as standard. If you have customers in Portugal, France, Morocco or Italy, they are already catered for without a sales rep having to translate every email.
